We are not responsible for delays, cancellations, denied boarding, overbooking, weather disruption, strikes, government restrictions, safety incidents, supplier insolvency, immigration decisions, or service failures caused by third-party providers or events beyond our reasonable control.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, MKS TRAVEL will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses arising from website use, travel disruption, supplier action, or customer failure to comply with travel requirements.
